OVERVIEW
These Terms of Service govern your use of the QROMELIFE website, store, content, products, and related services. The terms “QROMELIFE,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the operator of this store. Shopify provides the commerce and checkout technology used to process purchases. By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Return and Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
You must be at least the age of majority in your place of residence, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, to make a purchase. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete billing, payment, contact, and shipping information and to protect any account credentials associated with your use of the services.
PRODUCTS AND PRESENTATION
We make reasonable efforts to display products accurately. Colors, texture, scale, and appearance may vary by screen, lighting, production run, and material. Product descriptions, prices, and availability may be corrected or changed at any time. We may limit quantities, discontinue products, or decline orders where reasonably necessary.
MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS
QROMELIFE Essentials products are made to order. Payment is collected at checkout, and production can begin shortly after an order is confirmed. Please allow 3–4 weeks for production and order processing before shipment. Requests to change or cancel an order must be made within 24 hours and are not guaranteed after production begins. The Return and Refund Policy and any mandatory consumer rights continue to apply.
ORDERS, PRICES, AND PAYMENT
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when we send confirmation and successfully process payment. We may cancel or decline an order because of payment issues, suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, legal restrictions, or other reasonable business concerns. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the amount collected for the canceled item or order.
Prices are shown in the currency indicated at checkout. Unless expressly stated otherwise, product prices exclude shipping, customs duties, import taxes, and other government charges. Applicable amounts are displayed at checkout when supported or may be assessed by the destination authority. You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the payment method submitted for your order.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping methods and charges are displayed at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates and begin after made-to-order production and processing are complete. Carrier, weather, customs, and other delays outside our reasonable control can affect delivery. International customers are responsible for destination duties, taxes, brokerage, and customs charges unless checkout expressly states they are included. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND CANCELLATIONS
Returns, refunds, exchanges, order changes, and cancellations are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The website and its text, graphics, logos, product designs, photographs, video, audio, software, layout, and other content are owned by or licensed to QROMELIFE and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the site only for personal, noncommercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, exploit, scrape, or create derivative works from the site or its content without written permission from the applicable rights holder.
ACCEPTABLE USE
You may not use the services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, infringing, or harmful activity; interfere with the operation or security of the site; introduce malicious code; misrepresent your identity; collect information about others without authorization; or attempt to bypass access, purchasing, or security limits.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS
The site may contain links, embeds, payment tools, checkout services, or products operated by third parties. We do not control third-party sites and are not responsible for their content, availability, or separate transactions. Review the third party’s terms and privacy practices before using those services. Complaints about a purchase made directly from a third party must be directed to that seller.
SHOPIFY
Shopify provides the technology that supports checkout and related commerce services, but purchases from this store are transactions between you and QROMELIFE. Shopify is not the seller of QROMELIFE merchandise and is not responsible for fulfillment or product support.
PRIVACY
Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy. Information necessary to provide checkout and commerce services is also processed by Shopify and other service providers as described in that policy.
DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. QROMELIFE is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss arising from use of the services or products where such limitations are permitted. Our total liability for a claim relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim. These limitations do not exclude liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version. Material changes will apply from the date stated in the updated Terms and will not retroactively change an order already accepted unless required by law.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where QROMELIFE operates, without limiting any mandatory rights you have under the laws of your place of residence.
